Do you guys know if wet dreams affect rebooting? I've been getting them like every few days or so, and I always feel depleted afterwards for some reason.
From what I read it doesn't. I think the part of the brain that is getting re-wired is already "sleeping" when you are sleeping.
you will always get wet dreams. The male body produces sperm and it's natural for it to let it out. Since we do no PMO, wet dreams are the only way to get rid of the sperm and make way for new one.
For me it is the opposite.. after a wet dream i feel better for 3-4 days.. Less horny and more relaxed!
