Man this is so tough to write out because even 5 years ago I knew I had a problem but it wasn't impacting my actual relationship. Now here we are and I am starting day two but I am struggling SO hard today.

I have been with my partner for 11 years, this past year has been really tough because I have been choosing PMO over actual intimacy. I stopped trying Nofap awhile ago because I kept relapsing and today I officially deleted all my social media (which were insane triggers for me). Since the Pandemic I spent HOURS and HOURS on Tik Tok and it has just destroyed me. I need to get back to myself, I need to find life outside of social media and the triggers. So here I am on day two, signing back in here to help me get through the struggle.

Get busy away from your phone and computer and no PMO will become easier. It's about making lifestyle changes and finding things to do besides PMO.
Good luck, it's not easy as you can see from my counter at day 0. I'm a guy who used to spend 2-6 hours every single day looking at porn. Now I relapse maybe every 20-40 days. It's a huge change, and with every relapse, I'm reminded not to fall back into my old habits.
