Since december 25th when i started my journey till now.. i have abstained 32 days of PMO thats like whole january!! I think that is awesome considering i was a big addict and i used to PMO twice a day and even more if i was really depressed. My journey lasted 39 days so far and 32 days i abstained from porn! Fucking amazing, even tho i hated relapses but i never gave up! Keep your head up guys it will get better.
Awesome success. Any battle you can walk away from is a success. The fact that you keep getting back up is more important than anything else. Building the willpower, changing the habits, making new connections is all about trying over and over again and it ain't easy. You've got this!
