I have reached 125 days of reboot but my case is different from most of you guys. I have a girl friend and I failed many times before achieving this streak.

I am married. So, I don't know how the counter is supposed to work. I am not going to avoid PIV. But I will avoid P & M and may be O. This is new to me and my case is very different.

I started end of last month, so I am new as well. I have a long way to go before my brain is sufficiently reprogrammed. So far so good. Touch wood. Oops, no not that. ;-)

    Day 15. Still holding strong.
Now I have so much time in hand, don't know what to do with it. I have been watching too many movies. Some have triggers, but kept resisting.
Next step, I have to make use of this extra time.

Yep, start doing sometging productive instead, pursuing some hobbies which you always wanted to.

You may want to reduce the number of movies for the time being. Movies will make you less social and you don't want to be any where near triggers until your reboot is complete. As the above post said you need to find a hobby or an activity that you enjoy.

    Thanks guys for your support!
Movies are my second addiction, it takes the space of porn browsing.
Here is my 2 cents worth theory:
A reduced activity in Prefrontal Cortex (PFC) of the brain, makes a person a congenital addict (like me). Super stimulants fire up the PFC. Typically, addictions caused by super stimulants, include, smoking, alcohol, drugs, gaming, porn and in some cases, binge eating, shopping, and in my case porn and movies. There is no cure to PFC problem! (medicines have serious side effects). However, as you guys mentioned, you can replace it with a hobby. In effect, a fast and easy super-stimulant needs to be replaced with a slow, difficult to obtain, long term, and productive hobby/activity. People who succeed at it achieve great things!

  20. Honestly, i too have come across quite a few of Indians with PMO problems and other related stuff. Its discouraging how no one talks about this stuff and how the common perception among guys is that they can fap to no limit( Unlimited pleasure for free, when has that ever been real?) . Objectification of women also seems to be quite common with guys, including my friends who don't listen when i tell them they shouldn't do it.
