    Hello,
After my last PMO I lost all my urges, I know what you think, for men in our situations it is a good think, but no, I feel that there is something missing in me, I feel a void in me, I never felt something simulare to it.
A little background, I'm fighting PMO 9 months already, and I had streaks from 1 day to 100 days, I had flatline, and I though I experienced everything in my reboot. But that void is suppressed me, it scares me, I want it gone.
I though it may be my flateline 2.0, but I don't fill close to what I had before.
Have someone experienced simulare thing? How long it lasted? Did you did something to fight it?

The stopping of PMO behavior isn't creating a void in you. Quite the contrary, you are accustomed to using PMO to fill a void that is already in you, and neither PMO nor any other addictive behavior can fill that void - addictions just self-medicate and escape the void for a few minutes and make you feel like shit after (one pain replacing another), because you don't want to see the brokenness and do something about it. What one needs to do is to look within and be healed from the inside so as not to need any addiction to begin with.

    Yes, I know very well.

The void was always there. But you did not feel it, because you filled it with PMO.

Now that PMO is gone, you feel it.

To overcome the void, fill it with useful activity. Go into yourself and find your goals. What do you really want to do in life? Is there anything you deeply want to achieve? If you find it, then go for it!
And if you don't find an answer, then start doing various activity - like studying new fields, learning new skills, travelling, meeting people, doing sports. The more you do, the broader your horizon becomes, and then you will also find ideas, challenges and meaningful things for you to do.

Fill your life with activity. Then the void wil be gone and your life will be meaningful, fulfilled and a deep joy!

Thank you for replying. I understand that, that we using PMO to avoid pain. But I meant a little different thing. I lost urges and interest in sex, it felt like I lost a little part of myself.
Well, I try to make useful things, I doing better in study, improved diet, doing sport, getting more social. I think, I on right track :)

Make peace and find love for yourself. You have more time now to do things you enjoy or have not yet tried.
