Regret , the most obvious and common one ,you will feel like waking up from a comma , which you are in a paralyzed state ,desperately trying to escape , only to realize you have escaped the wrong way.Then a beautifull lie will come to your mind , “oh ,that’s okey I am gonna try again , only this time I will do better”.

Its not about trying again , its about eliminate the urge and addiction , you must take it seriously or it will kill you , there are no more tries , this end right here right now

Lazyness and dizziness , also show up after fap , reminding you to return back to the nothingness you were before and also killing your drive to succeed. If you cant handle your emotions how you gonna handle the world ,your world.
