Sometimes at a slow day at work I start to think of my old fav pornstars and try to remember my favourite vids from them and just in general lol. Other than it being possibly triggering is it bad to be reimagining that? Btw I'm day 80 hard mode and I'm 18 years old. Thanks
day 80!!! you are so close! i am only on day 11. it can't be helped remembering . but the important thing is to make sure not to indulge in that thinking! dont focus on it. as soon as you realize you're thinking about it, consciously stop!
What James said! Images will come back, which you can't control, but you can control how long you focus on them. The less, the better.
