    Finishing a book is awesome especially if it is a good book. I've experienced some sort of joy for sure when I finish one.

    Also, No More Mr Nice Guy is my best read this year! Wow, it is like I am going through therapy.

    @TheLinari
    This one seems to be a good one too. However, I noticed that my problem is stress and anger. Stress creates anxiety. Anxiety blocks me and makes me procrastinate. As a result, stress is built up even more. Additionally, I have very short temper when it comes to my teenage daughter. She knows how to make me mad by turning her eyes, stupid comments etc. All those negative feelings drain my energy and PMO creeps in.

    Today I learned that if one is in recovery, they should avoid overstimulation, stress, and should steer clear of toxic people. However, I can't quit my job or quit my family. I just need to learn to deal with it without those emotions. The problem with negative emotions (anxiety, anger) is that they are contagious. You can catch them from others and others can catch them from you.

    I will check out the synopsis of the book and find out what it's about and add it to my reading list.

    Stress and anger are a combustible mix for sure. It doesn't help that our brains rewire and encode behaviors related to these emotions so much so that our reactions become unconscious. I hope we can get to a point where external things don't affect our inner peace that much so that we are proactive rather reactive.
