Hi all, i posted hear on my firth month of success. and now im on my 11th week. Its been tough, but also been easy at times too... Its true what people have been saying regarding keeing your mind busy. I try to work as much as i can so i dont have the energy to fap anyway. One thing I thought was quite weird though was i hadnt had a wt dream in my whole 11 week nofap period. i thought it was quite strange, and then all of a sudden last night I was in a dream with some amazing looking women (i think i saw woman that day that stayed in my mind) and before i knew it but sheets were covered. Now, i normally feel quite pissed off and dirty about a wet dream (still do now slightly) but in my eyes its progress. I mean I havent used my hands and faped its all in the mind.... Does anyone have any similar stories regarding such low wet dreams? Also will I feel like shit later as i had a wet dream last night or will i be ok as i didnt fap ??? any replys would be appreicated ! thanks.
