    Hey Folks,

    I am at a point where I simply don't know where I am heading right now...it is as if I am in a void somehow. I know this addiction is bad and I know I need to stop, but somehow it gets the upper hand every time (almost every time)
    This journal is my way out of this addiction

    I really would be glad if you could write some words here from time to time! I would sincerely appreciate it

    I think, if I could at least come here everyday and say something and talk with you and share my progress - than I could find a way out of this addiction. I could add from time to time some habits, so it doesn't overwhelm me, but in the same time challenges me :)

  6. After joining this challenge of 180 days. I'm doing really great mate. I'm fully motivated and have reached this 8th day very easily and I'm very sure if you aim for big, these small streaks will be really easy to accomplish. Just make sure you take your challenge serious.

    Feeling like crap!
    I need to change my mindset
    Currently reading Psychocybernetics by Maxwell Maltz - great book! It is telling me many things about our thoughts and the impact of those on our daily life
    If I think of myself, that I am a porn addict, thank I will act accordingly - my mind will create the surroundings and my thoughts to align the perception of me (Bering an porn addict)

    Good day,

    did it two times today
    Not proud of it - trying to workout today!
    Do you have some ideas, where I can start? Which things I could do?
    Trying to exercise today!

    Workout out yesterday! Felt great!!!
    I think I have to implement not eating sweets like honey anymore, cause everytime I eat them, I am more prone to relapse
    Going for an exam today - my last one for this semester :)

    Today relapsed two times...I don't know...
    I think I'll try the following:
    1. I'll try to concentrate on the urge and on the feelings and thoughts in this moment
    2. Immediately go off the phone, as soon as I feel a little urge or thought appearing
    3. What to do instead? I need to think of something - maybe household chores :)
    If you have some improvement ideas, I'll be glad hearing them!

    Today is my day 2. Feeling fine. Was out there yesterday socialising and never even had a thought of p*rn. Wonderful feeling :)

    I stepped today in the wrong direction
    I don't know, but everytime an urge comes it shuts down my brain. Do some of you have an idea how to stop that? Like breath work? Does this help?

    Well it is day 0 again...and I am feeling wrecked to be honest
    Do want to do anything and just want to sleep
