True story. Today, officially, I made it to 30 days mark. Many days were EASY (which I dont really count as success), and some days were "tolerence testers' (these days should be counted as "success" ). My ongoing action plan: I REACH OUT CONSTANTLY. I am involved in a sharp WhatsApp mens group (SHARP). I am communicating daily via text with guyz all over the Country about this journey and WE keep each other focused. I research the science behind porn and its effect. When I hit "urges" or "difficult-weak moments", I reach out FIRST,then follow that by the action plan issued from my accountability brahs!!!. I could never think myself out of urges, nor could I think myself into staying "good" all the time. I took, and continue to take, a course of ACTION daily to treat this beast. I can't stay neurised today off the food I ate last week, nor can I stay focused and clean without PMO based off the action I took yesterday. So I made it through the try-outs (30 day mark), and now I qualify to make the team, " 90 Day Big Boy Studs" ha

Congrats, bro. I'm sure you can beat this. I'm on my 7th day today, and I could definitely use some motivation, and support people too. Is there still room in the WhatsApp group?

Congrats. I am gonna join this 90 day club soon. I am on hard mode, been dealing with pretty nasty blue ball days, i am dealing with them. Its Awesome to have feeling of under control of yourself.
