Hi everyone! I have to ask if I'm alone about feeling like this or if there are others out there that has noticed or has experienced this as well. I have been a gamer more or less my whole life, I love playing video games and much of my spare time goes to play. I have been into porn for about 5 years and watched it regularly during those years. But since I began my porn addiction I have had a hard time to play like I used to before I began to watch porn. As many of you that plays video games knows there are games that has sexual content in it, for example GTA, Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3. The problem is that it still hunts me after stopped watching porn for 115 days now. When a sexual scene or other sexual content shows in a game my focus on focusing on the game switches completely to thinking of porn and it stucks for a long time until I can focus on the game itself again. Before I started NoFap for my second attempt, whitch I'm doing at the moment, the only way for me to be able to continue play was to go and crank one out. I'm sure this is because my brain still hasn't recovered from this porn addiction of 5 years and rebooting will take time. It's still very frustrating when you ain't a social person and one of the things you really enjoy in life will make it difficult for you. Peace!
