Hello everyone, I am new to this NoFap thing. I have been continuously PMSing for a long time now and now I am looking for a bit of relief from this cycle of masturbation and porn addiction. I have takedn up a challenge to go without fapping for 90 days. Is there anyone out there I can befriend and who will help me get over this addiction and win the challenge? P.S: It's been only two days and I am thinking of relapsing all the time. Pls anyone out there?
