    it has been about 50 days since i last masturbated. i have a wife so i have had sex often during this time but it was really bothering me that i couldnt seem to go more than a couple days or maybe a week without masturbating. so i decided i would just cut it out of my daily life and it has been very helpful to my state of mind and body and soul
