Well I got 6+ months of no porn and I must say I feel rebooted.
I can get hard easily, I dont need porn to get hard, I can focus better.
I no longer fear accidentally watching p-sub because i can easily shrug them off.

I guess I finally did it guys! :)

WOOOO. Congrats man. I'm curious, with what have you been filling your free time? Have you had any good outcomes from confidence/ PIED remedy?

P-subs is porn substitutes. Some material that is triggering for an individual, but is not officially recognized as pornography.
Example: a lingerie catalogue, some youtube videos, etc.

Yes, keeping it up must become a lifelong routine.
Once you stop the routine, relapses come back like a boomerang.

It's like the dust in your house every day in order to keep it neat and clean and shiny.
Once you stop, the dirt and filth comes back.

Yea am definitely more confident. I don't have serious social anxiety anymore. I had been filling my time with school and TV haha.

While I can still get bored or sad it's from other things like life in general and not the result of PIED, brain fog, etc.

It's worth it guys, stay strong.
