Hiding Porn from Wife

I love my wife and she is very attractive, but like you say my porn use predates our marriage - when men are single they use porn, and it becomes habitual. I found in marriage that even though sex was plentiful and good, I always had the 'chaser' urge which led to more & more usage. It became a rabbit hole that led to longer binges, more depraved searches and eventually sexting other people. I hate myself for it, but it's a primal addiction at the end of the day - the urge to get that dopamine hit.

IMO it's harder to kick than drugs and alcohol!
