Day 23 Part 1 I just got this app that allows me to make music. It is too much fun, and I've made 3 awesome tracks and I'm working on my fourth Part 2 Honestly, I didn't think because I was too distracted making music

Day 22 Part 1 Woke up feeling sick but got my butt up and started my regular routine. I'm starting to get back to eating better and I'm really happy about that. Still dealing with the urges and headaches but you know what? I'm embracing it! 17 days and counting PMO free is worth it. Part 2 Tried a new salad recipe and it was pretty good. I'm Trying to stop eating fast food and junk food which is hard to stop lol.
Day 24 Part 1 I went to a comic book store and bought Crisis on Infinite Earths!!! I have been wanting to buy a comic for a while and glad I found this one. Even if I could have gotten it cheaper on Amazon, this way I explored a store and support the local owner. Part 2 I did sometime reflect on who I am and what I like about myself and what I need to change.
Day 24 Part 1 Moved in with my dad's cousin for a while. Her kids are pretty cool, and I made some more music Part 2 I thought about appearance yesterday. We often judge things by appearance, but we won't really know what is going until you get acquainted with the situation. I was dealing with some of that yesterday
Day 24 Part 1- Tried a new workout this afternoon as well as a 5 mile walk. Been dealing with a lot of anger and frustration lately and I swear walking and working out is helping me get through the days right now. Part 2- Spent 10 minutes just listening to my surroundings at the park. Listening the the leaves blow in the wind, the sounds of birds chirping was peaceful.
Day 25 Part 1 I went out with my family today and bought bookshelves and a cabinet among other things. Also ate out with extended family I haven't seen in a while. Part 2 I have some good ideas for next month's challenge coming up and I am excited to see who all does it. Also excited to get some stuff done next week and get ready to move onto the next chapter in my life.
Day 25 Part 1 Went to theater and a grad party yesterday. Both very fun, and the new experiences only keep coming today Part 2 I was thinking, fear is sometimes the cause of our relapses. The urges come so strong some times, that we get scared we'll relapse, but I think the urge feeds on those fears and grows. I've noticed that if you stay calm, and worry about this moment, you relieve stress, and release the grip an urge may have on you
Day 26 Part 1 I had to go air up my tires today and it went really well. Instead of complaining and not wanting to do it, I just got it done. Part 2 I did a lot of talking with people on Telegram today, something I do not always do. It made me remember how far a long I have gone and how much I want to help others
Day 27 Part 1 Spent some of Time today cleaning out my basement. I had all kinds of stuff that was just sitting in there and a lot of junk I'm not using anymore. It felt good to get that out of the way Part 2 Spent a good half hour meditating and praying on my walk at my local park today. It was a good way to clear my mind and get a good workout in before I had to head to work.
Day 27 Part 1 I joined my parents to eat with some of their old college friends. It was awkward at first being the odd one out, but my extroverted personality soon kicked in and it went well. Part 2 I didn't do a lot of reflecting today. I got some stuff done and had thoughts, but not a lot of self reflection. Instead I got lost down a rabbit hole of movie trailers. I am looking forward to tomorrow because I have the day off and I want to get some practical stuff done as well as reflect and watch a movie or two.
Day 28 Part 1 I went and got a haircut today. Also helped some people on Telegram again. Part 2 I am getting excited for next month's challenge. I found what I wrote last time and it will be cool to see how it compares to what I write this time.
Day 28 Regular day today. Tried a new Chinese restaurant today at lunch. Pretty good food. I didn't really eat healthy today at all but I'm going to get back on it tomorrow. Part 2 Spent some time listening to a podcast called porn free radio. It's a really awesome podcast and the host always has a great episode on different topics on how to remain PMO free. Also I started reading a book that I had download a few years ago called "Pushing the front" by Orison Swett Marden
Day 29 Part 1 I actually did dishes for my family tonight. Part 2 Thought a lot about what I want in life, especially when it comes to girls. I think I want my ex back just because I knew what we had worked. In the long run, it might not, but for a short period of time, it was great. Now I just need to take time and move on.
Day 30 Part 1 Last day of the challenge. I was planning on playing tennis, but got rained out. I did just sit and do nothing for around 5 minutes. Part 2 I have been thinking about next month's challenge a lot and what I want to do daily next month.
