I wanted to know if someone has my same symptoms and to be able to calm down a bit. My story is: well, the usual, I tried to have sex with a girl in doggy style but I didn't get a boner, I thought it was performance anxiety, but when I masturbated alone in my house, I realized that I couldn't get a boner kneeling or standing (I exercise regularly, I'm not obese), My symptoms are: . I can't maintain/have an erection while standing . Every day I have morning wood that I can keep while lying in my bed and it disappears once I get up. . When I go to the bathroom, I urinate, I finish, and then another stream comes out, I finish, and another stream comes out and I think I could be like this all day, as if I had infinite urine. . My penis is slightly harder when I'm standing than when I'm lying down. . Despite my symptoms, I don't have any pain. Something important is that I think all my life I have tightened my pelvic floor due to anxiety, and I think I now have a slight case of hypertonic pelvic floor, I have also masturbated with porn since I was 12 years old (I am currently 18 years old), sometimes I would quit porn for a couple of weeks, but then I would come back, the last few months due to a tortuous relationship, I have masturbated with porn every day, there were even a couple of days when I masturbated more than 5 times (even without having an erection), that's what worries me I literally cry every day because I don't know if nofap can cure me, I don't know what to do and I haven't seen any case similar to mine, every time I ask if someone has been through the same as me. , have different symptoms, or have only read similar symptoms elsewhere, please send some hope and help :(

    Alright,
First, let me say this: take a deep breath, and calm down. You're going to be fine, and nothing you've described here is unheard of on this board. Or on most medical board dedicated to sex issues. It's just that you haven't managed to find similar cases.

Let me enumerate the elements from your post that I've definitely seem repeatedly:
    - porn use for years and starting young
    - trouble maintaining an erection in some position (particularly, standing)
    - tense pelvic floor
    - occasionally compulsive masturbation

You're young and healthy, this is nothing to panic over.

Sexual arousal is very susceptible to reinforced learning. In other words, you've probably spent most of your sexual stimulation experiences laying down or sitting. Your brain isn't quite sure that standing or kneeling are positions that have anything to do with sex.

The approach I've seen to this (and which makes a lot of sense to me) is to train yourself to perceive these positions as plausibly conductive to pleasure: start by jerking off, then when you're nearing climax, move to your knees or stand, and climax in that position. No need to force yourself to do this every day, just start doing it reasonably often. And relax about it. It's totally possible that you'll initially try it and fail.

Just forget these worries about the thing being unfixable and stop thinking you need to make it work asap or it means your life will be miserable. You're fine.

The endless drops of pee issue can indeed indicate a problem with the pelvic floor. And yes, it is possible that it plays a role with your erection. But again, no panic. This, too, is fixable. If you search online a bit, you can more than likely find online consultation with a physician for a pretty small bill. I know I was able to find a french site that provided consultations for about 40$ (but it's in french). No doubt this exists in english as well.

Try to reach out to a proper medical resource so you can get an accurate assessment of your pelvic health. Other than that, again, just relax, give yourself time, and try this thing I mentioned to train yourself to feel pleasure when standing. And, I repeat, give yourself the right to fail. It'll work in time, but stressing yourself out over it won't help.
