Effect of NoFap on Testosterone Levels?

    So from my understanding, your testosterone peaks at around 7 days. After that, your testosterone goes down to normal levels. Does this level go up after 30+ days or will always stay the same level for the rest of my NoFap journey?

    your testosterone itself doesnt increase longterm, but your body will build more Androgen receptors what basicly means the effect of the testosterone on your body will increase. So you get the benefits of higher testosterone without an actual increase.
