I remember back in the days when I was 18 and attempted Nofap I could barely hold for 3 days because the urges would blow my mind, I would have zero control and slip. Now I'm turning 23 with a 30 day streak record. I'm on day 12 and I haven't felt a single urge even though I pop 90mg zinc pills, drink libido boosting herbs like Mucuna, Puama, Cautaba daily and still no urges to fap or watch porn. I'm kind of getting worried about that, other than that I feel great.
How do you define urges? I see that word thrown around here a lot and I'm not sure how people are using the word. Does that include having crazy withdrawal symptoms and wanting to try to ease them with PMO? Because that thought occasionally crosses my mind. Other than that, I have zero urges. But frankly I have zero urges to do anything. I've never been this lethargic.
