A man has to first be the best version of himself well before even approaching a woman, but also has to realize he likely won’t attract a woman at or above his own attractiveness level To attract, a man must realize The importance of: ▪︎Being present in the moment, ▪︎A man being grounded in his masculinity, ▪︎Communicating intent through masculine presence alone (&/or body language) ▪︎We are not our thoughts, thus, we need not be controlled by our thoughts nor our emotions (which includes anxiety). I believe that men and women have both masculine and feminine qualities. And, I think that there are universal laws of attraction between masculinity and femininity. Imo, [dignity] is the master key to all true masculinity. If you cultivate dignity, you also cultivate masculinity. Here are some aspects of dignity: Humility (first and foremost) Forbearance Fortitude Personal accountability for your thoughts words and actions Congruent thoughts words and actions Integrity Stable Self-sufficient Self-sustaining Reliable Consistent Objective Just/Fair Rational Efficient & Effective Simplicity Balanced Self-restraint/Self-control (Control over emotions and desires) Selfless Grounded Present Imo, these are all aspects of dignity, and likewise, they are also all aspects of masculinity
