Day 4 went super fast. I tried to keep myself busy on other stuffs so my mind didn't got time to think of distractions Day 5 Normal Monday.. Last three days eating cheat meal. Need to reduce cheat meal to 2 or 1. I don't regret it but just want to improve in holding back.
