Day 1 No PMO

Hello, I'm fairly new here, I understand the generalization of this group and I really think it will help me with accountability. I have tried countless times to stop and I never can truly stay consistent. Although, the longest I have gone is 3 months, but then I just hoped back into it, that was a long time ago when I didn't have as much information regarding the effects of porn, and in between my streaks are very sporadic, sometimes 3 days, sometimes 18 or 21 days, but I always mess up and I always end up feeling the same as I did, I know it's not me, It's the porn and the longer I stay away from it eventually my brain will weave itself out of feeling like it needs it. Having a support group where I can physically track and get support as a whole is one thing I haven't done. I'm sure this will help because I think what I'm lacking is the the support from others that understand it how I do. Thank You. I'll be back tomorrow.
