    Hello,

    Today I was told I'll be fired.

    There are many reasons but one of my main problems is that I have a severe anxiety issue that I often solve with PM. I'm 36 years old, I have a family and I am feel like I am falling into a deep hole. I've definitely not been a model to follow lately.

    I'll start by a 30-days PM-free journey.

    Today is day 0/30.

    Today I feel a little down. I went for a run and that helped me a little but still feel anxious.
