So. Back to square 1. I thpught i had this nailed. How the mighty has fallen. Stress of a house move and other weak excuses lost me my battle and over the past few weeks instagram lead to porn lead to the same old behaviour and results in me slipping from grace.

Time to reset counter and start the long and focused journey back to being the real me again.

dude don't beat yourself up too much, you're a total inspiration for just admitting it and restarting. 202 days is incredible, but you can pass it! im only a day or so in. we go again, right!?

After a good run of 202 days and you "slipped." No biggie. You are not in square one. Don't know how many days or times you fapped but a good way I know of is to make sure you don't fap for three weeks. But those three weeks does not count as part of the reboot/rewire days. They serve as "punishment" and a reset within a reset to help you get back on track. Once those three weeks are over you continue to count those days again.

I like what Gsarosi says. you are NOT back at square 1 man.In fact, you are still moving forward in your recovery. My last relapse was pivotal for my success. You can view it as going back to square 1 if you wish, or you can view it as a learning and growing opportunity. Shake it off player, and whatever you do, DO NOT BINGE.
