aahh man i was so close to relapsing just now iv installed a blocker on my computer so i looked at some still images of my favourite P star for about 30 seconds and then decided NO. Im currently on day 11 and i always struggle around this time the urges are just so strong i really don't want to lose my streak. But instead of carrying on iv decided to post this instead, iv noticed big changes in my behaviour and not to long ago i would have just relapse.
Good job! Don't let the urges win. I made this mistake today after 19 days and I still can't get over it. A few minutes of pleasure is not worth the disappointment that follows, believe me. Remember what helped you power through the situation, and add that to your arsenal in the fight against PMO.
