Caffeine came back

    A good and a bad news : PMO has decreased a lot this year (a great improvement was done). In the other hand, my caffeine intake came back and i didn't know till right know that i was really intaking compulsively.

    Lemme share the negative impacts :

    - Sleep issues : Yeah, nothing new about it. Basically, i'm diabetic and here where i live, most restaurants don't offer too much options for zero sugar/diet soft drinks, only diet coke and coke zero and where i work (McDonalds at this moment) the same happens. Instead of me go with water, i choose coke.

    - Feeling weak after wake up : I feel like i was puched till i pass out. I need to make a huge effort to wake up and do something.

    - "Coffee poop" : This one happens when i drink coffee. After many minutes i NEED to use the bathroom.

    - Craving for sodas with caffeine : Ngl, i like to drink pepsi and even coke (both diet or zero sugar), however i know that those are harming me and i know aswell that there are a plenty of tasty beverages without caffeine that i enjoy.

    - Irritability : Not so intense but once i noticed that if this person try to make me not drink a pepsi, i would get angry and be a bit rude.

    - Lack of motivation : I can't focus/keep concentrated to do a task. I feel tired and unmotivated, weak and slow.

    Well, caffeine is harmful for me, i will try my best to cut caffeine completely from my life, i will give up from pepsi and coke and i know i can conquer it because P is already in past (gonna do a post about it soon telling more about how my life got affected by this and how i abandoned for good).

    Rather than quitting porn and soda pop at the same time, I would recommend that you do one at a time. If you try to quit both of them right now, you may end up failing to meet your goal and that will lead to discouragement and despondency.

    Thx for the reply. I'm already good about P consumption : i'm not compulsive to watch it, i don't feel that i need this to live and i finally can understand it as it is (just a piece of shit created to make money and let people sick).

    Caffeine started to play a different role. I crave for beverages that contain it (i even stopped with coffee however there were these 2 days i drank coffee) and i should stop because i already felt the withdrawals.
