Guys this is a trick that has been working for me for sometime now. Whenever you feel like watching porn or beating your meat just stop and tell yourself let me do it after 30 minutes. You will will notic aftet some minutes all the urges will go away and after 30 minutes you wouldnt even feel like doing it any longer. It works every time for me
