    Greetings fellows.
First of all, excuse me in advance for mistreating the English language, but it's not my native one.
    Some info about me.
26, soon 27 years old male from Greece. I'm a navy officer.
I've started using porn at the age of 13. Probably 30 minutes per day, 3-4times a week until the age of 18, when i got into the naval academy. There, until the age of 22, i fapped to porn maybe once a week.
From 22-26, i used porn at the same rate as when i was a teenager, maybe 2-3 times a week and this when not traveling with the navy, except from the summer of 2023 which i used it a little more.
My sex life began at 17, i probably had been with approximately 20 women in my life, with some of them i was in relationship, with some others just for sex. Never faced ED before.
I was aware of the damage that porn and masturbation can do all these years, but as soon as it didn't affect me, I didn't really cared.
Until two months ago. I broke up with my girlfriend at the beginning of October, for reason's unrelated to sex. But throughout September, i faced ED. I had two failed attempts having sex with her(and the last of them generally),and my sex drive during the last year was getting constantly lower, so I started no PMO at the 18 of September.
My general health is good, although i don't exercise much.

Today I'm two months free. Morning wood and nocturnal erections are showing up from time to time. All this time, i thought i was in flatline, and that i wouldn't be able to have sex again in my life. This thought is really depressive..

    Now, the good news.
Yesterday, i was kissing and cuddling with my new girlfriend, and i got a 90%-100% erection the whole time we were doing this. But I didn't felt ready to have sex, i thought i was gonna fail.
Today, i feel kind of sexually exhausted.
I believe that these are some good results.
But, are they? Am i recovering?
What should i do in order to avoid major flatlines, or to shorten my refractory period?
Should i avoid sex? Orgasms? I want to have a healthy sex life with her.
Notice that, yesterday, i didn't even orgasmed..

I want to have a conversation with her, to tell her the truth,or kind of, that i need time to recover, because she's a very caring and understanding woman, which i know since she was a kid(now 28). Sex is at her bottom priorities of her life, she told me that she's looking for a caring and loving partner to spend her life with, at this phase, and that sex is an option and not a necessity.
    How should i approach this?

Every advice is precious for me guys.

I'm addicted to porn and have always loved sex. The porn is a problem, the love for sex is part of who I am and I don't ever want to give up on sex. If I was dating a girl where sex was low on her priority list, it would not be a good match. Sex is beautiful and if you have a good sex life with your partner you will have a deeper relationship with them.

As time goes on with most couples, the sex usually decreases. Mainly because of age, menopause, ED, etc. If a young woman tells you sex is not her thing, you can be sure you will be in a sexless relationship sooner than later. I couldn't think of anything worse in a relationship than the absence of sex.

    Thank you for your answer.
Well, this is a matter of personal taste. Personally, i like sex. But it's not a priority for me, either. We both have, and probably gonna have loaded everyday schedules for a big part of our lives, and what's most important for us is communication, love, common life goals, the cause of making a family, etc.
Also, her statement about sex is kinda relieving for me at this phase, where i can't have proper sex.
BUT, i want to be able to have, and give a her a proper sex life.
If you have any advices about ED recovery( according to my case description) or how should i tell her that i need some time to properly heal, i would love to hear them.
    Thank you!

Many things cause ED, for me it was aging, I'm 65 years old. What I use is a generic version of a popular ED medication. Go see a Dr. and have something prescribed for you, it's a good way to start the healing. You can stop taking it once you the problem is fixed.
