I realised my behaviour was addictive quite recently. Now I just can't stop seeing pixelised naked chicks. I joined a new gym - and they have motivational screens with other worldly women working out pretty much naked. I looked for mens clothes and female models in sportswear were popping up on the advertising slots of my computer. I caved slightly by searching some of the models on youtube, no boner, no touching, just mindless looking. Am I really 7 days in? Or am I just at square one after these youtube videos and sportswear models? Should I cut these out somehow?
I'm not one to answer if you are at square one or not however I would say you need to cut them out somehow. I know in past situations seeing fitness models, or the like, has caused me to keep going down a path until I hit porn. It will eventually lead there. Just be strong and know your limit and triggers.
