Hi everyone, I'm 23 and have been suffering from a 7 year porn addiction. I have mild social anxiety and I'm near the end of 3 years of Zoloft medication for anxiety, but I know the real cause is watching porn and consequently social isolation. I discovered Nofap academy on YouTube in 2013, and I tried not to fap since then and my record is one month! After looking at some porn again, I'm going for the 60 day challenge, starting today!
