I am on day 98 of hardmode, and I have infinite more energy, flexibility, and calm. It started from reading about Brahmacharya. I didn't know about this community until a few weeks ago, and am glad I found it! It's impossible to talk to almost everyone about what we do, because they think it's insane. That's why I joined this community. I have no clear cut goals as to how many days or months I will continue. As far as I'm concerned, life is so much better now, so I plan on living this way forever. There's so much that I can share from this experience so far, but I just wanted to introduce myself in this thread.
