it started with me just feeling relatively horny but as the day went on urges just came over me uncontrollably strong and the next thing I kno I'm touching myself down there softly then all of a sudden this ad triggered me and I then typed in pornhub and as soon as the website came up I caught myself and clicked out right away and cleared my safari, I jumped out my bed and started doing push ups immediately. I have been having some serious urges lately and each one reminds me of how addicted my brain was and still kinda is. Anybody experience urges late in there journey ?
Yes I have twice got to day 180 + and relapsed. At some point you need a GF and actual sex. Maybe start putting energy into that?
Addictions never leave us. They just get sounded further back as time goes by. All it takes is a unwanted thought to bring it forward again.
Well if you see an add that is very tempting, then stop looking at it and get rid of the add. Close the add up. I avoid as much as possible viewing images that can be very tempting.
