Just take it one day at a time and try to keep focussed. I've been stuck in PMO for over 20 years, with very frequent relapses and then every now and again (New Year or wedding anniversairy or birthday or whatever) I'd reset and try and go again. And fail again, usually after no time at all. Joined NoFAP last week. I've been reading many posts since joining and have seen many posters saying what their best stretch has been. I managed 7 months once. I think the important thing is not to focus on these big targets because it just suddenly seems too difficult and then its easier to give in to the temptation of PMO. So I'm trying to just take it one day at a time and see how it goes. Because it has to be forever now. I'm sick of the constant failings and relapses. This time its off PMO forever....
