Hey guys! First time I started the nofap program and today, I reached Day 30!!!! I am soo incredibly proud of myself - I feel so empowered that if I can do this, I can do anything!!!!!! I have been PMO since I was about 15. I have slept with over 200 women, and not once have I ever come from sexual intercourse. I suffer from Death Grip Syndrome and this is the longest I have ever gone in my life from not masturbating or watching porn. I am hoping that the next time I am with a woman, that I will be able to come (clearly I will as I am so frigging horny at the moment) - but that my Penis is much more sensitive now and going forward. A combination of porn and non-stop daily masturbation for 10 years has required my brain to be rebooted. Not sure how long it will take, but at 30 days - I am really proud and feeling that I am making a big change. It was a lot easier than I thought and it was with a lot of help from this forum!!! Thank you all! If I can do it - YOU can too!!!
