25 DAYS! and why i have creditibility beyond just 25 days

    This is my first try, and I am confident that I'm not being over-confident when I say I will never relapse unless I cease to continue my approach. Without exaggeration, I have had 0 urges.. Even when sometimes I press it down on my bed to feel it or watch youtube videos with hot girls, I am not inclined to go beyond just having a good feeling when I look at an attractive girl or hump the bed. I don't get an urge or am encouraged to get an EVEN BETTER FEELING(doing M).
    There's is no need to relapse anymore or if ur first starting, it is not acceptable or part of the process or journey to fail. I understand failure happens, but u couldn't possible be more in control when you take on this challenge.
    The key to my success is simple.
    EXERCISE
    YOGA
    fruit
    no sugar (atleast don't have obvious sugar like coke, non-obvious or less is like jam)

    Now if u workout in the morning or afternoon, its usually some point after that the get urges. How do u know that your subconscious mind will fight the urges more effectively? the more you sweat in a workout the better more determined your mind is to refrain from M,P.. dripping sweat for a 10 minute window, 1 drip for every 10 seconds atleast means u have succeeding and most definatley added a day to your counter.
    Yoga is just a effective..
    Most people "go through the motions," and also "conform to the yoga instructor at OCD level." Going through the motions means they are simply doing the strectches. What you have to do is do the pose and loosen the muscle or muscles getting stretched(Loosening has to mean something to you when u do it. You have to feel that your loosening. Be creative with you thinking so that your body complies with your mind that the muscle is not tense during the stretch.) Conforming to the yoga instructor means that this idea behind inhaling and exhaling when ur told inevitably will cause you to force breathing.. I breath at a subconscious level which means I am not thinking about my breathing and the only time I bring it to a conscious level is when I feel I need a deep breath.

    MEDITATION, in terms of the breath same thing...
