Been awhile almost three weeks haven't made a visit to porn in almost three weeks .. just drink a little alcohol to help me sleep before work .. I guess things are getting better a few negative thoughts but I have been watching porn for 15 years I should expect ups and downs until things get better ... Starting to feel better about society
