  Relapse cycles are common. You're like in low orbit. If you're on 3-day cycles, don't let it degrade into 2-day cycles and instead work on 4-day cycles. I was stuck in 7-day craps for a long time. Eventually, broke free with 365+ :)

    When you relapse, learning what to do better is the most important thing you can do. Always study, always learn, always tweak, if something doesn't work, drop it, if something works really well, adopt it.

    I have to control the first vid or image. Because I can control that. Then, I've found it takes over and I become powerless over wanting to see the entire Internet full of p. But, if I can avoid the first image of vid, I'm winning the battle and the war.
