Day 13 and 14 - Completing whole two weeks of greatness. It is so refreshing!! #NoFap

Day 12 - I could see some improvement in controlling my brain. Loving this journey of NoFap.

Day 11 - When things go sideways, you'd better straighten them up.

Day 10 - I wonder why my body temperature raised like hell yesterday. Was it a side effect of not fapping?

Day 9 - Overcoming a day with full of triggers was difficult. Yet I did it.

Day 8 - If you believe in yourself, anything is possible.

Day 7 - Yayyy! A week got over. Good work, my boy. (Pat on my back)✨

Day 6 - Almost a week without P or M. In a long-distance relationship, so no need to think about sex. Progress feels good!

Day 5 - Just counting my days.

Day 4 - I could see some adrenaline rush in me. I was full of energy and like I need it more.

Day 3 was easy. I did not feel the urge at all. I was fully focused on my work. A blissful feel it was ‍↔️.

Day 2 is done and now focusing on Day 3. Still a long way to go!

Day 1 - Done and dusted.

Day 0 - Back to square one. Restarting things from the beginning to bring my mind back on track.

Day 4 - NoFap 365 and Day 7 - 15 minutes of Mindfulness meditation. Done and dusted.

I reset my NoFap count yesterday, completed Day 1, and also finished Day 4 of 15 minutes of meditation.

Conquered NoFap Day 1 and embraced 15 mins of meditation on Day 2. Feeling empowered and excited for the journey ahead! #selfimprovement

Today, I completed Day 1 of meditation and am going to start Hard Mode alongside.

Resetting both meditation and NoFap 365 to Day 0. I couldn't meditate yesterday and I relapsed day before yesterday.

Day 27/29: Completed 15 minutes of mindfulness meditation. Staying committed to the streak for 365 days.
