Knowing who you are and control over mind's focus can either make you into full of hope and successful or hopeless and failure...and it's up to you to choose...and don't know how about you but I believe that there is no such thing as death just clothes getting worn out and useless.

You just for some reasons unable to take your mind from continuously dwelling on all the bad stuff you have in life...start finding what you are grateful for in your life...maybe your parents,friends,good things from the past and good feelings of gratitude ,of successes(even in small things).

do you really believe that you are the body?
Do you really believe that upon making body useless there is void,nothing,emptiness and oblivion and no further suffering?
Are you hopeless that you will get the next meal?...if not then you are not, but you rather have no good control over it.
