I am a student, yogi and cello learner, trying to fill my life with good things so that there's no room for bad, trying to get rid of PM. I am a christian, and believe in God, in the spirit and our identidy as His children, capable of many things and with lots of powers to discover. I believe that all that is good comes from this God, who loves and guides us on our experiences on this Earth.

I am currently learning about sexual energy, semen retention from oriental cultures. I want to learn how to bea better and stronger man and I choose this as goal.

I hope I'll find support and help from my bros and sisters here in NoFAP and I'll try to give it too. I'm glad of being part of this comunity.

I was recently diagnosed being part of the autism spectrum and struggle with issues like depression and anxiety. I feel like I had my masculinity and sexual energy supressed in my youth and that I am afraid of it, so I've been using porn as a way of releasing the energy, so I'll try to understand about what sex really is to me and learn how to manage better my sexuality.
