Congrats to 100 days man, very difficult for me, I never achieved 2 weeks in 9 months trying, what was the key for your change?

As @Ynith..07 said dont count days make the days count. For me my gf was the key to change but mostly i got bord of being like this. I started feeling like a loser. I actually failed a couple times but im back again. I forgot to reset my counter but i have done 260 day streak before. I had healed pied like 95% and i have improved in many aspects even thought i think im one of the hardest cases
Days passing have no mean. Of course being a year sober has much difference to someone who is on his first week. Try to live your life to the fullest. Days passing wont change yourself. Of course it can fix some porn induced symptoms that can give you the chance to develop yourself but only you can turn your life around. Personally i cured my PIED have energy and now practicing hobbies
