There's no NoFap handbook with rules. You have to decide for yourself if you want to consider that a relapse or not
It depends on what your goals are. If I did that, I would count it as a relapse. It isn't real sex. Some people would argue that it's okay because she's a real person, not just some pornstar. The major flaw to that argument is that pornstars are just as much real people.
This isn't real sex, so if you gave up porn, I would count it. Personally, I don't believe any kind of sex, real or otherwise, belongs outside of marriage, so I would count it as a relapse even if you did have actual sex with her.
Please help me I need some motivation. I just got a new phone and relapsed twice and I feel so crappy
Dude. Dude. Motivation is everywhere. Why are you asking to be spoonfed. I don't mean to sound like a self absorbed jerk but here's my journal full of motivation (it contains dozens of motivating channels from YouTube): https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/breaking-addiction-7-steps-for-ending-any-addiction-in-the-temple-of-aset.68971/
i just removed all browsers, google search/maps/playstore, email apps, and webview There is the K9 app, but I believe its a browser? If so, you could just remove all other browsers and play store, and have filtered internet access. Also, its vital to remove webview, otherwise 3rd party apps can still provide unfiltered internet access(which is tough to use, but any avenue is an avenue so...)
Porn refers to books, magazines, and films that are designed to cause sexual excitement by showing naked people or referring to sexual acts. See: http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/porn
Yes it does count. In fact it is far more destructive to your reboot than to just masturbate and cum.
I relapsed 2 times today in less than an hour. Can't even get past 1 day help me please. I feel so damn weak and helpless. I'm so addicted
I found that the first two to three days are the most difficult, then, if you abstain somehow strictly, it gets better. Good luck, comrade!
distractions, and I hate that. I want to do things but I won't be able to do anything until next year, when I go to college
I've fapped 3 or 4 times today and I need help. All I do is watch porn and MO. I don't have a life due to strict parents and that means no
The good news is your consistent effort to avoid PMO over all this time, and all those good days in between the relapses! I don't know if investing in an accountability partner will provide you with that extra support you may need or want. I hope your "healthy alternative / strategy list" is becoming more robust and easy to turn to...and that panic button makes all the difference for me at times.
