I think cold showers and doing a set of 20 pushups when urges strike will help. I used to do pushups when I was hitting 60+, they help!

When I really should be more realistic. Of course I'll have urges. They will pass.

I find that every time I relapse I not only tell myself "I won't do this again." but subconsciously, "I won't WANT to do this again."

My brain is lagging but I think all of those months of NoFap really paid off and this will be a rather fast recovery.
