Hello all, while I have only been on this journey for a short while I would like to ask a few questions about what happens when it's all over. I see people many people on this website saying the end is no PMO forever. However, this could mean two different things. One, no masturbating to porn for life. Or, no porn or masturbation. This troubles me a bit because I've seen this as a journey to reset the negative effects porn has gave me and then start masturbating again. But the thought of never masturbating again seems daunting. So a question to the NoFap community, are you planning to return to masturbation or not? Also, are there any negative effects to masturbating without porn. I've even seen people say that you shouldn't fantasize while masturbating, but then how do you even become aroused? I would love to hear your opinions.
Well, I've read of some very substantial benefits to retaining one's sperm... so I think that I'll be keeping mine until I've got a wife to give it to.
Thats your addicts brain rationalizing. It's an addiction. There's nothing wrong with social drinking but AA considers alcoholics to be alcoholics for life, never able to drink again.
