What In Oblivion Is THAT

I'm going to put my counter at 0 and go to 30 days. I don't care about the challenge, really. There is no challenge anymore. No urges.

I've realized that NoFap isn't a challenge. It is a tool, one that can assist in other life goals. One's primary focus shouldn't be NoFap.

I feel a familiar mindset brewing in me, one of misanthropy and intense self-care. Beneficial to me, detrimental to others. It is immature.

I'm back. I have lost count of how many days I'm on, I am just going to set my day counter to today and go from there.

I'm taking a brief technology break. Going on a 7-day solo camp. I will be back strong and ready to accomplish 30 days the 18th.

Day 1. Motherfucker. I should have known that the urges would come back even stronger. I made excuses to myself to rationalize a relapse...

Day 19. I'm feeling like I can make 30 days for the first time. I now feel more socially dominant and aware. Skill: NoFap - Speechcraft +15.

This has been a great day, very productive, few urges. I feel something odd inside my body, like when I push through a run and PR, almost.

Day 18. Feeling neutral. I did the math, with PMO, I was wasting approx. 175 hours a year. That is enough to get to N5 Japanese proficiency.

Day 17. Still insanely strong urges. I am surprised every day that I am able to make it through but I don't know how much longer I can go.

I have reduced my caffeine intake a lot recently and that is probably causing my tiredness. I am giving up on reducing caffeine for now.

Day 16, so difficult. I don't think I can make it through today, honestly. I can't even muster the willpower to do anything except resist.

This is entirely unpleasant. Crazy strong urges coming back again, and my willpower to do anything besides nofap is drained. So tired.

Day 15, halfway there. No urges today. I flirted with a girl I like nicely. Maybe a whim or result of nofap but it was cool, nonetheless!

Day 14. I can't believe I have made 2 weeks, to be honest. The urges are nearly irresistable 24/7. I'm not certain I can do 30 days anymore.

Day 13. The panic button has saved my life recently. This is getting very difficult! I have almost no urges for porn anymore, thankfully.

Day 12, almost unbearable urges. Constantly, all day since 5 am. I've worked out twice to distract myself and done tons of work. Tough day.

I felt a massive urge, when I resisted it I had a massive rush of energy. I did 10 pull-ups straight to 50 pushups no rest (PR). 11 days in.

It's been 10 days. My previous best, I never imagined I'd get back here this year. No real urges today, and I woke up at 5 A.M. happily.
