Watching P since I was 9-10, roughly 5 years of hard use of P, when I turned 16 and broke up with my FWB, fell into a huge depression and anxiety, injured with shoulder I couldn't workout therefore not chase my dream of aesthetic physique and around that time I even failed my 7 months streak of no PMO (depression led to no libido at all => long streak).
Turned 17, picked up myself from bed and $uicidal tendencies and started rehab, and got back on Nofap.
Now 18, working out 6 times a week, gained 13 kilos, grew a beard, still improving social skills, and most importantly, still fighting this addiction.
