Rip, relapsed. Feeling okay though all things considered. I like the idea of seeing things as a trend rather than an ultimatum. Go time.

Went drinking tonight. Ran into someone I used to have a lot of sexual tension with. Deep breaths and avoided but nice night. Day 12, tough.

11 days :) managed to get this far almost entirely with a flu which I'm almost over. Easter weekend as well, good time for some sun

10 days :)

Couple of minor urges tonight but otherwise feeling absolutely T'd up during the day even while getting over the flu! 9 days.

1 week down! Surprised at how fast it's gone. Urges last night but good today. A little reflective on love but hopeful for the future :)

Almost 5 days down. Feeling good. I've had the flu which hasn't helped but energy high. Some urges but keeping busy with work. Let's go
