As with everyone here, I'm struggling to overcome this addiction of PMO. I would say around the age of 14 is when I started masturbating. I didn't understand for the longest time that this could negatively impact one's life. I was the type of person who said "It's natural." I'm 25 now, and a vast majority of that time, between years 14 and 25, has been consumed by masturbation and the feeling of orgasms. I've tried quitting a few times here and there, but ultimately, I just couldn't stop and still can't. But that's why I believe I stumbled onto this place, so that I can get the help I need and didn't have before. I'll continue to update this when I feel it's necessary and I look forward to seeing where this leads.
