Hey, I managed to quit porn around 3 years ago, but since then I have not quit masturbation and it still weighs on me and I really just keep failing to quit. I randomly get fantasies for hours in my mind before I go to sleep and I relapse (no porn, just masturbation) maybe every 2-5 days. At the same time, I'm trying to start a side hustle and learn some new things and I think this energy could be channeled together. I'm looking for an accountability partner in Pacific Time. Also welcome any suggestions for accountability groups. I haven't tried the NoFap official forum one, and I'm not sure if it's ideal for someone who is not actively watching porn right now.
